Suicide and Crisis Help is A Phone Call Away

crisis hotlineThe Suicide & Crisis Center of North Texas is staffed by trained, caring volunteers who are available to talk, listen, and provide resources if needed.

Through our extensive network of connections in Dallas County and the surrounding areas, we are available to help individuals with all types of emergency mental health needs find resources that can give them assistance. In addition to our suicide intervention training, we have experience helping those who are suffering from depression, postpartum depression, drug abuse, extreme anxiety, PTSD, or any other extreme mental health emergency.

Our primary mission at the crisis center is to be a resource for individuals in active crisis. We do our best to help everyone who calls our crisis hotline and give them aid with no judgement attached. Whatever looks like a crisis to that individual is worth calling our free helpline.

We are invested in helping individuals who find themselves contemplating suicide, whatever the reason, whether it is due to recent circumstances or chronic suicidal ideation; if you or a loved one is having thoughts of suicide, you can call our free suicide helpline.
